Lemon and Blueberry Energy Balls

Yield 20

Ingredients:

350g Dates

200g Quinoa Flakes or oats if preferred

½ cup water

100g dried blueberries

1tbsp Zest Element Lemon Powder

Method:

Blend all ingredients plus water in a food processor

Once combined, Weigh out 35g lumps

Roll into balls

Place in sealed containers and store in fridge/freezer

Roll in lemon powder for that extra zing
