We dehydrate our beautiful wonky fruit slowly over 36 hours to ensure they retain the most nutritional value possible - up to 95%

We currently work with lemons, limes, oranges, strawberries, Davidson plums, finger limes and aniseed myrtle.

Each 150g pack is equivalent to approximately 1500g fresh fruit. It can be used in everyday cooking and baking just like fresh fruit but doesn’t need to be kept in the fridge - it has a shelf stable life of 18 months in the pantry - it is easy, ready to use and convenient - what is not to love!!
