Fish Tacos with Lime Powder
Ingredients:
1/2kg white fish - such as cod
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
shredded cabbage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
8-12 corn tortillas
Zest Element Lime powder
Coriander leaves
Salsa
Method:
Preheat the oven to 375°F, in a small bowl, mix together the Zest Element lime powder, chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Heat the tortillas in a dry fry pan until they are warm and slightly crispy.
Assemble the tacos with the fish, shredded cabbage, coriander, salsa and Zest Element lime powder for zing.
