Whiskey & Orange Truffles
Ingredients:
500g Coconut Oil
285g Maple Syrup
200g Whiskey
400g Cacao Powder
Dark chocolate
Zest Element Orange Powder to decorate
Method:
Mix all ingredients with whisk until smooth
Make 25g balls then put in fridge to set
Melt chocolate - dip truffle to coat - decorate with Zest Element orange powder
